On Sunday, February 7^th, brave the winter cold and come on out to Charlie's Throttle stop. You won't be cold for long. The Twisted Spoke chapter of TRAIN MRO is holding our Second Annual Chili Cookoff that will warm you up from the inside out! There will be a $100 dollar first place prize and a $50 second place prize for the best chili in a double blind taste test. You can enter your chili for $10 or choose to be a judge and eat chili for $5.
